Staff and Personnel

Donnie has more than 27 years of full-time ministry experience, from youth and children's ministries to worship and senior pastorate positions. He and his family have been involved in church planting for the last 10 years.

Mark has been on staff since 1998.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Welch College in Nashville, TN. in 1989, with a BS degree in Christian Education.  He has been serving full- time in the youth or music ministry in Free Will Baptist churches in AL, MS, and now GA since graduating.  After a long time serving as youth minister, Mark has been the music minister since 2009.  He and his wife Donna have four lovely daughters;  Taylor, Madison, Christian and Hayden.

Stephen has served as our interim student pastor since mid 2018 and has a huge heart for ministry, currently working on his undergraduate degree.

Elyse has served as interim director since mid-2018 and has a passion for connecting kids to Christ through excellent children's ministries.

Tisha has grown up at First Free Will Baptist Church. She has been an assistant at the church since 1984. Her kind, gentle personality and pleasant voice makes her a perfect fit for her responsibilities. She and her husband Dillard are faithful members of FFWBC. They have two beautiful daughers, and one incredible grandson. 

Carolyn has been at First Free Will Baptist Church since 1978. She is a dedicated servant, a "people person," and sees her position at the church as a ministry.  Her concern for people and the Church separates her from your typical assistant.  Carolyn is the one that everyone calls when they need to know something or get something done.  She and her husband, Sonny, are long time members of First Free Will Baptist Church. 

Sherry has served our church for years and is diligent in her never-ending work. She faithfully administrates the financial information of our church.

Venescia Knight has been a faithful member of FFW for many years. Her financial training and experience serve her well in this important role for our church.
